Beyonce goes Bollywood in Coldplay's new video


Bollywood before Super Bowl.
In Coldplay's newest video, "Hymn For The Weekend,"Beyonce is prominently featured, dressed in traditional Bollywood-style garb, and she nails it.
The Queen wears a gold floral crown and a shimmering multi-colored dress in the video. She completes the look by accessorizing with chains, a chocker and henna.
Beyonce, per usual, pulls the look off flawlessly.
On Jan. 29, the day the video was released, Coldplay posted a still image of Bey on it's Instagram page.

"Watch the Hymn For The Weekend video ft @beyonce and @sonamkapoor at YouTube.com/Coldplay now! #Coldplay," the caption read.
In the video, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin travels around India as locals splash colorful paint on him.

Images of Beyonce continued to be shown, on video screens and on billboards, implying that she's a huge star (fiction and reality aren't so off base in this case).
In real life, Chris is good friends with both Beyonce and her husband Jay Z. She and Coldplay are set to perform at the Super Bowl 50 halftime show on Feb. 7. Bruno Mars will also join the halftime performance.
